Ferns N Petals (FNP) has appointed Gaurav Sharma as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this position, Sharma will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure, driving innovation, and enhancing the digital experience for FNP’s growing global customer base, the company announced.
Sharma will lead FNP’s technology strategy, focusing on integrating advanced systems and AI-driven solutions to personalize the gifting experience, boost operational efficiency, and raise customer satisfaction standards.
A graduate of IIT Kanpur with a degree in Computer Science, Sharma brings extensive experience to his new role. Prior to joining FNP, he was Head of Engineering at the online gaming platform Zupee. He has also held key positions at Nykaa, Info Edge, and Microsoft.
