Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited has appointed Sudhakar Pandiyan as Head of Technical Operations (Sterile & Oncology), effective September 16, 2024. In this role, he joins the company’s Senior Management Team.
Pandiyan holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology from MS University, Tamil Nadu, and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Madras. With nearly 20 years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in sterile product manufacturing and quality operations. His career includes leadership positions at prominent pharmaceutical companies such as Caplin Steriles Ltd., Mylan Laboratories Limited, Caplin Point Laboratories Limited, Strides Arcolab Limited, and Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics. For the past 2.5 years, he has served as a consultant for various pharmaceutical companies.
