Arka Fincap Limited Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Samrat Gupta as its new Managing Director, effective October 23, 2024. Gupta’s leadership experience and industry expertise position him well to lead Arka Fincap into its next phase of growth.
In his prior role as Managing Director and CEO at Tata Motors Finance Limited (TMF), Samrat Gupta was instrumental in driving TMF’s strategic growth and enhancing shareholder value. His focus on innovation and excellence played a pivotal role in expanding TMF’s market presence.
This leadership transition also marks the superannuation of Vimal Bhandari, the outgoing CEO and Executive Vice Chairman. Arka Fincap expresses deep gratitude to Vimal Bhandari for his six years of dedicated service and impactful leadership. Under his guidance, the company has achieved remarkable milestones, laying a foundation of strong fundamentals and sustainable growth.
Vimal Bhandari will continue his association with the company as he moves from an executive role to a non-executive position on Arka Fincap’s Board of Directors, effective October 23, 2024. In this new role, he will support and guide Samrat Gupta through the transition, ensuring continuity and strategic alignment.
