Gillette India Limited has announced the appointment of Srividya Srinivasan as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Additional (Executive) Director, effective November 1, 2024.
Srividya brings close to 20 years of diverse financial expertise, having built a distinguished career at Procter & Gamble (P&G). Since joining P&G in 2005 in the United States, she has excelled in various finance roles across multiple markets, including the U.S., Latin America, and the Philippines. She currently holds the position of Vice President & Head of Global Business Services and Global External Reporting at P&G Philippines.
Srividya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University, Coimbatore, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Her vast international experience and strategic financial insight are poised to strengthen Gillette India’s leadership team as it continues its growth journey.
