Rema is a trailblazer in her field, having been the first woman commissioned officer in the Indian Navy to serve as an Air Traffic Control officer for military aviation—a groundbreaking achievement. Before joining LatentView Analytics, she served as the CHRO at Bahwan Cybertek, where she played a pivotal role in driving the organization’s rapid growth.
In her career spanning over two decades, Rema has also worked with Marlabs Software, ITC Infotech, UB Group, UST Global, and IBS Software, gaining valuable experience in leadership and organizational development.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Rema is a certified Success and Leadership Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and an active Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) champion. She is deeply committed to women’s empowerment through her work with various NGOs. Currently, she is pursuing studies in alternative healing and hypnotherapy.
