Agritech startup Two Brothers Organic Farms has appointed Arijit Gorai as Chief Growth Officer (CGO), further strengthening its senior leadership team, according to a media release on Tuesday.
In his new role, Gorai will concentrate on expanding the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand’s presence across various channels and enhancing the customer experience. His duties will involve developing new product offerings to meet the growing demand for organic food and building brand recognition in key international markets.
Previously, Gorai was Head of Revenue and Growth at Zivame, where he oversaw the P&L for both D2C and marketplace segments. He has also held significant positions at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a project leader and worked as a consultant at PwC, managing SAP implementation projects across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and mining.
In September, Two Brothers Organic Farms appointed a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is currently in the process of making additional senior-level hires. These appointments come after the company’s Series-A funding round led by Rainmatter, an investment initiative by Zerodha, which is anticipated to support future growth.
