Freshworks Inc. has appointed Srinivasan Raghavan as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). A seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the enterprise SaaS industry, Raghavan will spearhead Freshworks’ product strategy and vision, focusing on delivering enhanced customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) solutions powered by AI.

Raghavan’s extensive background includes leadership roles at RingCentral, Five9, and Cisco, where he drove enterprise growth and innovation:
- At RingCentral, he expanded the company’s portfolio by launching new cloud-based contact center, marketing, and sales intelligence solutions.
- During his tenure at Five9, he led the development of AI-powered automation tools, virtual agents, and digital engagement platforms.
- At Cisco, he held key roles in product strategy and development within its Applications Software and Collaboration Business units.
His deep technical expertise, combined with a customer-centric approach, positions him to bring transformative solutions to Freshworks.
