Shecommerz, a platform dedicated to serving India’s Modest Income Consumer (MIC) segment, has appointed Sandeep Mina as its new Chief Executive Officer. With over two decades of expertise in sales, operations, and strategy, Mina is set to lead the company into its next phase of development, focusing on innovation and growth within the MIC market.
In his previous roles, Mina has held leadership positions at prominent organizations, including Swiggy, Dukaan, Hotstar, Star India, Olam International, Marico Limited, and Coca-Cola. At Swiggy, he played a pivotal role in creating new monetization models, such as the ads revenue model, which contributed significantly to the company’s profitability goals.
An alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad, Mina brings a strong blend of technical acumen and business strategy. His appointment is seen as a strategic move to harness Shecommerz’s technological capabilities and strengthen its position in India’s emerging retail landscape.
