Rallis India Limited has announced the appointment of Kalpa Kadam as the Head – Human Resources & Administration and Senior Management Personnel, effective January 6, 2025. She succeeds Vibhakar, the current Head – HR & Business Excellence, who will be transitioning to a new role.
With over 19 years of extensive HR experience across diverse sectors such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, and packaging, Kalpa brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Prior to this, Kalpa served as the Group HR Head at Astrac Group, overseeing HR functions for employees across five plants in India, GCC, Europe, and Mexico. She reported directly to the Board and led teams in manufacturing, administration, and security. Her key contributions included driving global HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, industrial relations, and the digitization of HR systems.
Earlier in her career, Kalpa worked with Solvay Specialities India as a Strategic Partner & Global Lead PMO HR, where she focused on organizational restructuring and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Her proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives makes her a valuable addition to Rallis India’s leadership team.
