Pinnacle Industries, a leading player in automotive seating, interiors, special application vehicles, and railway seating, has appointed Rahul Desai as its new Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Desai will spearhead the company’s Auto Components, Seating & Interiors division, overseeing operations across manufacturing plants and key supporting functions.
With close to 30 years of experience in the auto-components sector, Desai brings a rich blend of strategic insight and hands-on operational expertise. His leadership will be central to Pinnacle Industries’ focus on enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening core capabilities, and integrating next-generation technologies.

Desai’s career spans senior leadership roles at CIE India, GKN Sinter Metals Ltd, and Inteva Products India Automotive Pvt Ltd. His expertise includes leading greenfield projects, managing technology transfers, driving operational transformation, and developing robust financial and innovation strategies.
