Integrace Health has announced the appointment of Ashish Musaddi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a significant leadership addition as the company accelerates its people-first transformation strategy.
Musaddi brings with him over two decades of rich experience in human resources and organizational development, having worked with leading global pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. His appointment underscores Integrace Health’s commitment to strengthening its talent, culture, and employee engagement initiatives.
Before joining Integrace Health, Musaddi served as Head – People, Culture, and Organisational Effectiveness at Cipla, where he played a pivotal role in redefining workplace dynamics. Throughout his career, he has held senior HR leadership roles at reputed organizations including LyondellBasell, Novartis Consumer Health, Bausch + Lomb India, MSD, AstraZeneca, and Panarc Consulting Group.
An alumnus of the International School of Business & Media, Musaddi is recognized for blending strategic vision with hands-on leadership, driving inclusive, high-performing cultures within large organizations.
